Sample promotional materials that you can adapt and use for your 2005 RegDay site This is a generic flier used to promote your RegDay site. Once your local information is filled in, they can be printed and distributed wherever fliers may be distributed. Some suggested locations: work, college campuses, businesses, bulletin boards. Ask your RegDay site location manager if they will hang them in their windows a couple of weeks before RegDay as well. This document has been formated for Avery name tags. This is a generic Public Service Announcement flier regarding RegDay and the ISRR to distribute to media, etc. This is a small flier used to promote your RegDay site. Once your local information is filled in, they can be printed and distributed wherever fliers may be distributed. Some suggested locations: work, college campuses, businesses, bulletin boards. These can also be used at the store in similar fashion to the RegDay bookmarks (below). If your RegDay location is at a Borders Bookstore, they will often put a write-up in their News and Local Events publication. This is a sample to provide, but they usually will edit. RegDay bookmarks are a great way to promote the event right at the site. It is recommended that site coordinators produce the bookmarks (on cardstock - 4 to a page) and make available for FREE to the book store 2 weeks prior to RegDay. Ask the store manager to use them as a bag stuffer and at the cash register too. Keep a few handy the day of RegDay. You can use them as a table material.
